Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy covers the games made by TBG Studios, a one-person indie studio, including Dead Ground: Maze Defense (also published as Zombie Barricade: Maze Defense on some portals): the Android app on Google Play, the browser versions on game portals, and this website.
Android app (Google Play)
- We do not collect, store or share personal data. There is no account and no sign-in.
- Game progress and settings are saved only on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If Android's own backup is turned on for your Google account, the system may back up and restore these files; that is handled by Google, not by us.
- The app does not show ads, has no in-app purchases and does not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.
- The game is built with the Unity engine. Unity Technologies may receive anonymous technical information about the device, such as the device model, operating system and graphics hardware, under the Unity privacy policy.
If a future version adds ads, analytics, purchases or cloud saves, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be listed here.
Browser versions on game portals
- In the browser the game runs inside a portal's page (for example CrazyGames, Yandex Games, Kongregate, Y8, Playgama or itch.io). The portal may show ads, offer sign-in, process purchases and store cloud saves. That is done under the portal's own privacy policy.
- Some browser versions send anonymous gameplay events, such as a level started or completed or the wave reached, to GameAnalytics or to the portal's own analytics. These events carry a random identifier and the device and browser type. They do not include your name or e-mail.
- Progress is saved in your browser's storage or in the portal's save storage.
This website
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Cloudflare delivers the site and processes the technical data needed to do so, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy.
Children
The games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your questions and requests
The Android app keeps nothing about you on our side, so there is nothing for us to export or delete; uninstalling the app removes its data. For data held by a portal, contact that portal. For anything else, write to megapiharr2008@gmail.com.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
